While sitting in service when Bro. Vin was preaching “Spirit Being, Dimension
And Bodies”, I was hearing a tune in my head, “I’m putting on my theophany”.
I got the chorus right in service that night. I began to think of the prophet
when he said, “If you hear someone singing amazing grace under an evergreen
tree when we get there, that would be me.” I was also thinking of when he
went beyond the curtain of time and he had to come back, he said “Lord do I
have to go back in that pest house?” That’s how the verses came about. The
bridge came about by a thought in the airport of a person getting ready to
take a flight. Note the words, “Tickets, welcome all aboard, don’t be late,
don’t hesitate, he’ll be waiting at the eastern gate” etc. I trust that the
