Brother Vin was preaching on the book of Ruth and the threshing of the Bride
in the harvest time. He was showing how we were connected to the book of
Ruth. The revelation of our redemption was overwhelming. I wanted Him to
redeem me, and I knew it took the dying to self will and my desires. I also
remembered Samson and how he was a Nazarite, consecrated to God from birth.
I could not do this for myself so this is how the song, ‘This is my prayer’
was written.
